In the summer of 2022, the small community of Bragg City, Missouri, was shaken by the violent death of 38-year-old Lorinda Branch. On a Wednesday evening in late June, the Pemiscot County 911 dispatch received a distress call reporting a shooting at a residence on County Highway 415.
