In the late hours of New Year's Eve 2022, the life of 24-year-old Anthony 'Meat' Migel Miller, a male resident of Hannibal, Missouri, was tragically cut short. Just before midnight on December 31st, an altercation in the 600 block of Broadway Street escalated, resulting in a fatal shooting. Law enforcement officers responded to the scene to find a scene of violence that had claimed Miller's life.
