On September 17, 2014, Daniel Thompson, aged 28, was killed in a shooting in the south side neighborhood of Frog Holler in Indianapolis. The incident began as an argument that escalated into gunfire, ultimately resulting in Thompson’s death and leaving another man critically injured.
