On the cold night of January 4, 2014, in Lawrence, Indiana, a promising young life was tragically cut short. Kyle Jobin, a 19-year-old male college student, was home on winter break from Vincennes University. Just after 2:30 a.m., he made a quick trip to a Marathon gas station located on 56th Street near Interstate 465 to buy a pack of cigarettes.
