Death by Force

On the evening of December 15, 2024, 34-year-old Germán Tepale Alonso was fatally shot outside Don Marcos Mexican restaurant in Lawrence, Indiana. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of North Post Road and Pendleton Pike. A Lawrence Police Department officer, patrolling the area, heard gunshots and arrived at the scene to find Alonso with critical injuries. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
