In the autumn of 2015, the life of Randon Scott Aldora, a 33-year-old male, was abruptly and violently cut short in Richmond, Indiana. On the afternoon of October 22nd, in the 300 block of North 20th Street, Aldora was shot in the head. The assailant was described as a man riding a scooter. The brazen nature of the attack in broad daylight left the community in shock.
