Tiara Thomas, a 30-year-old resident of Portage, Indiana, tragically lost her life on November 18, 2015. Her body was discovered inside her apartment, and it was later determined that she had been shot. The investigation quickly identified her ex-husband, Kevin Campbell, as the primary suspect.
