In the early evening of April 14, 2016, Vincent Eugene Wolfe II, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot while sitting in a parked car on Ebright Street in Muncie, Indiana. Known by his stage name 'Pacman Baybee,' Wolfe was an up-and-coming rap artist. Also in the vehicle was his 25-year-old cousin, Rondell L. Wolfe II, who sustained a gunshot wound to the back but was expected to survive.
