Nerva Singleton, a 40-year-old mother of five, was tragically shot and killed on March 14, 2016, on her doorstep in Indianapolis. The incident took place around 3:45 a.m. on Dobbs Ferry Drive in the Liberty Creek subdivision, as Singleton was returning home after a night out with friends.
