Joseph Ray Hobson, aged 36, was tragically found dead on August 20, 2016, in Salem, Indiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when police responded to a 911 call reporting two unresponsive individuals at a residence on Small Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hobson and his girlfriend, Valerie E. Dicus, both unresponsive. They were transported to St. Vincent Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
