Michael Walker, aged 55, was found dead on October 29, 2021, in a wooded area in Salem, Indiana. The incident occurred while Walker and two other men were searching for ginseng on a property behind a home. They were accompanied by two dogs. According to reports, a 911 call was made to authorities, leading to the discovery of Walker's body. He had been fatally shot.
