Jacob Setter, a 14-year-old boy from Graysville, Indiana, tragically died on September 5, 2016. Initially, his death was reported as a possible hunting-related incident. However, further investigation by Indiana Conservation Officers and the Sullivan County Coroner revealed that Jacob's death was due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
