In the spring of 2016, a somber discovery was made in an alley on the near northwest side of Indianapolis. On the evening of Thursday, March 24th, the body of 54-year-old Dwight L. White, a male resident of the city, was found by individuals passing through the area. The grim scene prompted an immediate response from law enforcement.
