Michael “Lil Mike” Hess, a 33-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, died on June 7, 2023, following a shooting incident. The incident occurred outside a home near 24th and North Kenyon streets, a residential area close to Windsor Village Park and west of the I-70 interchange for I-465.
