In the spring of 2016, the life of a young Indianapolis man was tragically cut short, leaving a family to mourn and a community searching for answers. On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 29, 2016, police responded to a report of shots fired in the 3300 block of North Denny Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered 23-year-old Charlie D.
