Christopher Mark Thompson, a 45-year-old resident of Lewis, Indiana, was found dead on August 3, 2017. His body was discovered in a pickup truck in rural southeastern Vigo County. The Vigo County Coroner, Dr. Susan Amos, confirmed that Thompson died from a single gunshot wound to the head, which was self-inflicted.
