In the summer of 2016, the life of 27-year-old Cullen Hubbard, a male from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the night of Tuesday, August 2, 2016, Hubbard was shot and killed on the near north side of the city. First responders and law enforcement were called to the scene, where they discovered Hubbard suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite any medical intervention, he succumbed to his injuries.
