Mary Patrice Chalonda Woodruff, aged 28, tragically passed away on October 30, 2017, in Evansville, Indiana. Her death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of Dewone Broomfield, aged 29. According to reports, both victims were found with gunshot wounds at Broomfield's residence on East Maryland Street. Woodruff had a gunshot wound to her face, and Broomfield, who was still alive when police arrived, identified the shooters before succumbing to his injuries.
