In the early morning hours of December 23, 2017, the life of 32-year-old Deandre A. Voss was tragically cut short in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Residents in the 1400 block of Greene Street, near the Villages of Hanna apartments, were startled by the sound of a gunshot.
