Cyniace Vilsaint, a 23-year-old resident of San Diego, was tragically shot and killed on August 4, 2017, in the San Carlos neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. on Park Ridge Boulevard, close to his family’s home. After being shot multiple times, Vilsaint was transported to Kaiser Zion Hospital by a family member, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
