In the early morning hours of September 17, 2016, a burst of violence on the northwest side of Indianapolis tragically cut short the life of 23-year-old Antonio Kelley. The incident, which unfolded around 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot, also claimed the life of another 23-year-old man, Derrius Brandon, and left a third individual critically wounded.
