A father-to-be is gunned down In the summer of 2017, the life of 28-year-old Karrington F. Stallings was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of August 11, Stallings was at the Park Hoover Condominiums located in the 6400 block of Park Central Drive West on the city's northwest side.
