Delilah Martinez, a 40-year-old resident of Whiting, Indiana, tragically lost her life on October 27, 2019. On that fateful day, Hammond Police responded to a call reporting shots fired in the 1100 block of 115th Street. Upon arrival, officers found Delilah Martinez lying in the front yard of a residence, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries the following day.
