Todd A. Elzey Jr., a 21-year-old resident of rural Adams County, Indiana, tragically passed away on January 22, 2021. His death was the result of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. According to reports, the incident occurred when Decatur Police Detectives, along with Adams County Sheriff Deputies, were attempting to question an individual at a residence in rural Adams County.
