Amber Willis, a 24-year-old woman from Tell City, Indiana, tragically lost her life on February 12, 2022. The incident occurred at her home on Antler Lane, where law enforcement responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered a shattered sliding glass door and bullet casings, leading them to find Amber Willis deceased in a back bedroom. She had been fatally shot.
