In the early morning hours of July 3, 2023, a confrontation at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City, Indiana, ended in the tragic death of Tell City Police Sergeant Heather Glenn, a 47-year-old female, and the man she was attempting to arrest. The events began when a woman sought treatment at the hospital for injuries she said she sustained in a domestic dispute with 34-year-old Sean Hubert. Sergeant Glenn responded to the hospital to investigate the domestic violence report.
