Deputy Sheriff Ford Tyson "Toby" Humphrey, Jr., aged 25, tragically lost his life on October 9, 1980, in Stafford, Virginia. Deputy Humphrey was off duty when he responded to a domestic disturbance call at 1111 Leeland Road around 12:30 am.
