Joseph Ray Davis, aged 37, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2016, in Stafford, Virginia. The incident occurred at the Madison Falls Run apartment complex on Green Tree Road. According to reports, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about shots fired around 8:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Davis lying face-down on the ground, deceased from gunshot wounds.
