Graham W. Adkins, aged 75, tragically lost his life on May 13, 1983, in Charles City, Virginia. His death was the result of a violent crime that shocked the local community. On that fateful day, Wendell Jones noticed smoke emanating from the Adkins' residence on Route 609. Upon breaking through the locked door, he discovered the horrific scene.
