Lee Hopewell Brinklow, aged 69, was tragically murdered on October 12, 1991, in Warren County, Virginia. Brinklow was at the home of Floyd Jenkins, his 72-year-old friend, when the incident occurred. The perpetrator, Arthur Ray Jenkins III, who was 22 years old at the time, along with a 16-year-old accomplice, committed the crime. The two men were killed during a robbery that escalated into a brutal double homicide.
