Floyd Jenkins, aged 72, was tragically murdered on October 12, 1991, in Warren County, Virginia. The incident also claimed the life of his 69-year-old friend, Lee Hopewell Brinklow. The perpetrator of this heinous crime was Arthur Ray Jenkins III, who was Floyd Jenkins' nephew.
