In the quiet community of Fort Defiance, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Coleman Denzel Neeley, a promising university student with a passion for basketball, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, August 16, 2014, Neeley was found deceased, the victim of a violent encounter that would later be ruled a homicide due to gun violence.
