In the quiet setting of Mountain Run Lake Park in Culpeper, Virginia, a grim discovery was made on the evening of February 19, 2015. A visitor to the park happened upon a parked vehicle and inside, found the bodies of 21-year-old Amber Lynn Martin and 30-year-old Johnny Bynum. Both individuals had sustained what appeared to be fatal gunshot wounds, and signs of trauma were evident.
