Kim Mark Dodson, a 24-year-old resident of Chesterfield, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2015, following a shooting incident in Richmond's Southside. The incident occurred around 7:36 p.m. in the parking lot of the Forestbrooke apartment complex, located in the 5600 block of Petosky Avenue.
