Aryah Leigh Lipford, a 23-month-old toddler from Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost her life on July 16, 2015. Aryah was the daughter of Mikal S. Lipford and Racheal Quesenberry. On the night of the incident, Aryah and her mother, Racheal, were found with gunshot wounds outside their home on Oakland Boulevard NW.
