Heather Breanna Ciccone, a 21-year-old woman from Spotsylvania County, Virginia, tragically passed away on December 6, 2015. Heather was found dead in her car, which was parked outside a home on Piney Branch Road, approximately 30 minutes from her residence. She had suffered a fatal gunshot wound, and her death was ruled a homicide.
