On the evening of April 2, 2016, Christina Fisher, a 34-year-old mother of three, was tragically shot and killed in her Leesburg, Virginia, residence. The incident, which occurred around 6:15 p.m. on Nansemond Street, was the culmination of a domestic dispute. Fisher’s 15-year-old daughter was unfortunately present in the home at the time of the shooting. After sustaining multiple gunshot wounds to her upper torso, Fisher was airlifted to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
