In the early evening of September 19, 2016, James 'Jimmy' T. Bishop, a 54-year-old Caucasian man, was going about his business in his Richmond, Virginia neighborhood. Known as a hardworking and kind individual, Bishop was often seen on his riding lawnmower along Jefferson Davis Highway, where he would frequently help with tasks like cutting grass. On this particular evening, his familiar presence took a tragic turn.
