Samuel Turner Dawson, aged 55, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2016, in Gladys, Virginia. According to reports, Dawson was found shot to death in the 8000 block of Red House Road. The Campbell County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene at approximately 1:24 p.m. and discovered Dawson deceased from gunshot wounds. Dawson, a resident of Rustburg, was known to be a loving husband and father who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
