In the late summer of 2017, the community of Highland Springs in Henrico, Virginia, was shaken by a violent act that claimed the lives of two people. Lakisha L. Lewis, a 31-year-old female, and Devon L. Blowe, 32, were found shot to death on the evening of Sunday, August 27th. The tragic event unfolded in the 200 block of North Oak Avenue, where police responded to a call of a shooting and discovered the two victims.
