Deshawn Angel Burgos, an 18-year-old from Ashland, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2018. Deshawn was shot and killed at the Henry Clay Apartments on Randolph Street around 11:30 p.m. on Halloween night. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident left his family and friends devastated, and a GoFundMe page was set up to help cover funeral and burial expenses.
