Katherine Martell, a 30-year-old resident of Falls Church, VA, tragically lost her life on December 18, 2018. Katherine, known affectionately as "Kat," was a mother to a young daughter and had recently moved into a condominium with a friend after ending a long-term relationship with Christopher Brooks, the father of her child.
