Miguel Angel Leiva Hernandez, a 30-year-old resident of Chantilly, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2019. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Chantilly Park Shopping Center located in the 14500 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway.
