In the early morning hours of May 24, 2019, a dispute in a Chantilly, Virginia parking lot turned fatal, claiming the life of 30-year-old Miguel Angel Leiva Hernandez. The incident unfolded around 1:30 a.m. in the 14500 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, where an altercation escalated to gunfire. When Fairfax County police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Hernandez in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
