Alvin Rogers Jr., a 40-year-old resident of Belle Haven, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2019. The incident occurred in Painter, Virginia, where Alvin was found dead from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle on Boggs Road. The Accomack County Sheriff's Office received a report of shots being fired around 9:15 p.m. that evening. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Alvin's lifeless body, marking the beginning of a homicide investigation.
