Davonte Shaquan Stovall, a 23-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2019. On that evening, Richmond Police responded to a shooting incident in the 2300 block of Selden Street at approximately 8:50 PM. Upon arrival, officers found Davonte Stovall suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to MCV Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
