In a quiet Burke, Virginia neighborhood, a domestic disturbance shattered the evening calm and ended in a tragic loss of life. Patricia Marie Bounds, a 67-year-old woman, was killed on Monday, October 21, 2019, in her home on Wicklow Drive. The incident, which unfolded around 9:11 p.m., also claimed the life of her 19-year-old nephew, Sean Patrick Bailes.
