Earl Thomas Osborne, aged 35, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2019, in Hopewell, Virginia. On that day, Hopewell Police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:28 p.m. in the 2200 block of Atlantic Street, near the CN & Y Corner Store. Upon arrival, officers found Osborne suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to John Randolph Medical Center for treatment, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after.
