De'Andre Kasey, a 29-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2021, following a late-night shooting in downtown Roanoke. The incident occurred in the 100 block of Campbell Avenue SE, where Kasey was shot and subsequently transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
