Emily Baker Icban, a 30-year-old mother of five from Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost her life on March 4, 2022, in what has been described as a murder-suicide. Emily's final days were marked by her efforts to separate from her husband, Frederick Icban, whom friends and family described as abusive and paranoid. Emily had recently rented an apartment and filed an emergency protective order against Frederick on the day of her death.
