John Slaw, an 81-year-old resident of Montpelier, Virginia, was found dead on May 2, 2022, in the parking lot of the Montpelier Shoppes located along the 16000 block of Mountain Road. Hanover County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the scene at approximately 6:09 p.m. after receiving a report of an unconscious male lying next to a vehicle.
